Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager with a strong track record in driving growth within the crypto Web3 and blockchain domains. This role will focus on expanding IntellectEUs expertise across the financial services industry.
At IntellectEU we work at the intersection of emerging technologies and traditional finance. Our teams partner with global financial institutions to modernize the infrastructure streamline settlement and reconciliation processes and bring DLT-enabled efficiencies to capital markets systems. Whether enabling tokenized assets building smart contract workflows or integrating AI into risk and compliance solutions we help clients unlock real business value through innovation.
The ideal candidate brings deep domain knowledge an appetite for capital markets transformation and the ability to shape strategic deals that align with client needs and our innovation roadmap.
Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic business development efforts across financial services with a strong focus on capital markets transformation.
- Lead complex deal negotiations define commercial frameworks and establish scalable go-to-market strategies.
- Expand and deepen relationships with key accounts to maximize growth potential and lifetime value.
- Collaborate with technical pre-sales and product leadership to shape compelling solution narratives and client-facing demonstrations.
- Serve as a senior representative of IntellectEU at industry events and executive-level forums.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients deeply understanding their business objectives and aligning them with IntellectEUs emerging tech capabilities.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams including product delivery and partner organizations to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs.
- Manage strategic alliances and partnerships to enhance solution offerings and market reach.
- Partner with marketing leadership to steer targeted demand generation and thought leadership initiatives.
- Provide actionable insights to executive leadership on market dynamics customer feedback and innovation opportunities to guide product strategy and business planning.
Requirements:
- Over 8 years of experience in enterprise sales with a strong focus over the past 3 years on Blockchain Crypto or Web3 driving strategic growth and client acquisition in these emerging technology domains.
- Solid domain expertise in capital markets with direct experience selling into buy-side sell-side or post-trade environments.
- Excellent understanding of SWIFT blockchain DLT and other technologies driving innovation in financial services.
- Proven track record of building and closing complex high-value dealsideally in financial services blockchain or insurance.
- Able to translate technical concepts into clear business value for senior stakeholders.
- Fluent communication in English and influencing skills with experience engaging C-level executives and leading enterprise sales cycles.
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on with the drive to lead growth in a fast-moving innovative environment.
- Comfortable working independently and leading cross-functional teams to deliver results.
- Comfortable speaking at industry events or panels with the ability to represent the company.
