A day in the life of the Help Desk Support:
- Troubleshoots and resolves hardware and software problems for all components of the SPIN network.
- Maintain and troubleshoot technology for SPIN residential homes and communicate with vendors to support internet phone and TV services.
- Provides ongoing support organization wide ensuring timely accurate and responsive solutions to customer issues utilizing Help Desk Ticket Tracking System.
- Leads the charge for onboarding and offboarding of all SPIN employees on the SPIN Network and for 3rd party solutions.
- Supports all SPIN employee wireless device needs including programming within MDM solution setup and distribution of new devices swapping out malfunctioned devices and transferring services between employees.
The tools you need:
- An Associates or Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- A Strong knowledge of computers systems hardware and software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High-level communication skills are a must! You will interact with employees via in person interaction virtual meetings phone calls and email.
- Good problem-solving analytical and team-working skills
- Valid drivers license own vehicle and insurance
