Roles and Responsibilities:
- Hold an active Esthetics license in the appropriate state with 35 years of hands-on experience in a spa or clinical setting
- Provide mentorship coaching and training to support the growth and success of peer estheticians
- Lead by example by delivering exceptional top-tier services and upholding the highest standards in client care
- Develop and oversee personalized treatment plans based on each clients skincare goals
- Facilitate and participate in ongoing education including hands-on training workshops and webinars
- Support spa management by helping to drive performance and meet sales and retail goals
- Promote a positive team-oriented work environment that encourages learning collaboration and excellence
- Support business growth by encouraging client retention referrals and membership conversions
- Ensure professionalism and cleanliness across therapy rooms and common areas setting a high standard for the team
