The Role
FT Professional is undergoing transformative changes and the Product Marketing team is at the forefront of these initiatives. We are introducing a refreshed value proposition to the market and exploring FTs strategic response to AI and content distribution. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will play a critical role in leading high-impact positioning projects and ensuring product marketing initiatives align with wider business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop long-term product marketing strategies that align with FT Professionals growth objectives.
Drive the go-to-market (GTM) strategy guiding product positioning and messaging for external and internal stakeholders.
Champion FT Professionals value proposition as a market leader in financial B2B news through differentiated strategies.
Lead major product launches with cross-functional coordination for successful execution.
Translate customer feedback competitive insights and market trends into strategic actions.
Mentor and develop junior marketing team members fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
Required Skills and Experience
Demonstrated critical thinking and long-term planning abilities.
Proactive mindset in tackling market opportunities and business challenges.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to influence across teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication including stakeholder engagement.
Demonstrated success in executing cross-functional marketing strategies.
Desirable
Experience in B2B product marketing in media tech or SaaS sectors.
Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
Expertise in product messaging positioning and enablement collateral creation.
