Job Description
As a Banquet server youre responsible for ensuring banquet guests havea flawless dining experience here at the hotel. This includes:
- Working as a teamto provide great service toguests during the meal
- Serving plated meals or monitoring buffet meals to ensure fresh food is replenished and any used plates removed
- Setting up water pitchers or other table settings prior to the meal
- Lifting and carrying trays with 8-10 meals and serving them to guests
- Cleaning up during and after the meal
- Doing side work such as rolling silverware and napkins orcleaning
- Other work duties as assigned
Qualified applicants must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug test and background check. The Madison Concourse Hotel is a drug free workplace.
