Job Description
Leidos National Security Sector (NSS) is on the hunt for a mission-focused elite-level ISR Collection Requirements Manager (CRM) to strengthen intelligence operations for AFCENT A2 at Shaw AFB SC.
This is a pivotal role within the Intelligence Collection Management team driving excellence in coordinating strategic collection requirements across the AFCENT Area of Responsibility (AOR). Your work will ensure intelligence data fuels decisive actions throughout the command.
What Youll Do
- Craft and continuously refine collection strategies based on Commanders Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs).
- Oversee organic and non-organic collection assets ensuring timely validation and distribution of intelligence systems.
- Evaluate collection performance using ISR metrics across IMINT SIGINT and HUMINT platforms.
- Collaborate with Joint Task Forces and Combatant Commands providing expert coordination RFI response and requirement deconfliction.
- Deliver impactful briefings and presentations to decision-makers across the intelligence landscape.
- Maintain global deployability status including medical visa and passport readiness.
Basic Qualifications:
- A Bachelors Degree and 3 years of direct collections management experienceor 7 years without a degree.
- Proficiency in ISR CRM at National CCMD or JTF levels with deep familiarity in theater and national intelligence assets.
- Minimum 3 years experience at CCMD/JTF level CRM.
- Active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Forward-deployed ISR CRM experience in the past 5 yearsespecially in support of named operations like OEF OIR RSM-A or SOF missions.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $72150.00 - $130425.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
