Overview
This position is located on-site in our Franklin TN office; Monday-Friday 8-hour day on a Temporary Basis (up to six months with possible extensions)
What A Typical Day Might Look Like...
- Process amendments received from Site Development
- Ensure completeness of request package (Amendment draft Exhibits etc.)
- Store correspondences with landlord approvals in Lucernex with lease
- Create Leasing Request for legal review
- Facilitate review and approval process between Legal EMF Leadership and Landlord
- Follow up when delays are present
- Other legal administrative functions as assigned.
What We Are Looking For...
- 1- 2 years of experience in acquisition compliance lease negotiation law real estate or similar/relevant experience desired.
- Experience with leases/contracts.
- Computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Project Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook); knowledge of the Internet and research skills.
- Project management experience
- Proven ability to deal with multiple simultaneous problems in a systematic logical manner.
- Familiarity with legal (contractual) and engineering terminology a plus.
- Strong communication organizational and administrative skills.
