Job Description
HCA Florida Englewood Hospital is searching for a part-time Emergency Medicine Physician to join our Wellen Park FSED.
HCA Florida Wellen Park EmergencySM center will be constructed at the corner of Tamiami Trail and Preto Boulevard at 7070 S Tamiami Trail in Venice.
11300 square foot freestanding emergency department
Open 24 hours a day seven days a week
Expected to serve more than 10000 patients annually
11 exam rooms and offer full-service emergency care including laboratory x-rays CT scanning and ultrasound capabilities
The new emergency center is anticipated to open in spring 2025 the 40th anniversary of HCA Florida Englewood Hospital and is a testament to the hospitals commitment to providing advanced and accessible healthcare services to meet the healthcare needs of the growing population in Charlotte and Sarasota County.
Qualified Candidates:
Board eligible/certified in Emergency Medicine
ACLS & PALS required
