Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts to determine their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to build and implement sales plans that compete in the market and achieve targets.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Provide world-class customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring happiness.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance forecasts and market conditions.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales with at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ambitious and self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed goals.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $57300.00$85950.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
