The Teacher Education Programs at Fresno Pacific University include the Multiple Subjects Educational Specialist and Single Subject credential programs accredited by the Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) and the Master of Arts in Teaching. The credential programs are offered at the universitys main campus in Fresno and at the regional campus in Visalia. Our programs are committed to providing candidates a strong foundation in educational theory and pedagogical skills in the context of the Christian faith. Candidates field experiences as either student teachers or independent teachers within K-12 schools are also an integral part of the credential programs. The programs maintain a strong reputation within the educational community of the Central Valley as graduates are known for their excellent preparation to teach and serve in the diverse schools.
