The position overview
We are looking for a Marketing SEO and Ads Specialist with extensive B2B and HubSpot Marketing this role you will lead digital marketing efforts to generate qualified leads and support revenue growth for our business and clients. This is a hands-on role that requires strong skills in SEO paid digital advertising and HubSpot campaign management.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan launch and optimize B2B digital marketing campaigns across SEO Google Ads LinkedIn Ads Meta Ads and other paid channels (ideally with knowledge of managing ads in HubSpot Marketing)
- Manage all aspects of the HubSpot Marketing Hub including campaign setup automation workflows lead segmentation ad integration performance tracking and reporting
- Implement and refine SEO strategies (technical SEO content optimization keyword optimization link building) to improve rankings and attract relevant inbound traffic
- Build test and oversee paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads LinkedIn Ads) including audience targeting ad copywriting budget allocation and ongoing optimization
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure marketing programs generate a quality pipeline and meet business targets
- Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Stay current on B2B marketing best practices changes in digital advertising platforms and HubSpot product updates.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 years experience in B2B digital marketing with proven results in lead generation and campaign optimisation
- Advanced practical expertise with HubSpot Marketing Hub (campaigns workflows segmentation analytics)
- Strong knowledge of SEO (technical and on-page) Google Analytics Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Excellent analytical reporting and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced global team environment
- Proven experience collaborating with sales and cross-functional teams
Preferred
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) tactics
- Skills in conversion rate optimisation (CRO) A/B testing and landing page optimisation
- B2B content strategy or writing experience
- Familiarity with additional marketing automation/CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce Marketo)
- Experience in the technology SaaS or services sector
