This Maintenance Supervisor position is responsible for advising maintenance team to ensure that all systems operate at their highest capability to meet required production schedules quality costs and schedule. priorities. Additionally this position assists and partner with business leaders on implementation of process improvement (Six Sigma / Lean/Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS)) including leading change initiatives planning and facilitation.
Manufacturing plant environment with heavy machinery and equipment if certain scheduling nuances are required (rotating shifts weekend/holiday etc.)

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$72400.00 - $90500.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidates geographic region job-related knowledge skills and experience among other factors
