Key Responsibilities:
Set up and manage end-to-end GHL workflows and automations
Build and manage email/text campaigns and drip sequences
Create and maintain smart lists tags and triggers
Design and optimize sales pipelines and stages
Manage calendars booking links and appointment settings
Develop and present performance reports and analytics dashboards
Ensure system integrations are streamlined and functional (e.g. payment email calendars)
Collaborate with sales/marketing teams to align GHL setup with campaign goals
Regularly audit and maintain GHL account for efficiency and performance
Provide insights to improve lead generation conversion and customer retention
Proven experience using and managing GoHighLevel
Strong grasp of CRM best practices automations and integrations
Solid background in sales and/or marketing strategy and implementation
Experience or understanding of the education industry (a plus)
Tech-savvy highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with tools like Zapier Calendly Twilio Stripe etc.
Understanding of lead funnels and conversion rate optimization
Ability to map out and visualize workflows or customer journeys
