Hiring Opportunity: Indianapolis Indiana
Our client is looking to hire an outside sales representative to be a part of their team to cover Ohio Pennsylvania Indiana and Michigan! Our client is a leader in the custom manufacturing and repair of equipment related to the foundry industry. They have a strong emphasis on a family first culture and with an uncapped commission structure this outside sales role is what you make it!
The outside sales representative will mainly be in charge of building business with different foundry related manufacturing companies identifying and selling solutions to their current machinery issues or needs.
Qualified candidates must have some experience in sales within the foundry industry.
Responsibilities:
- Compiles lists of prospective customers from internal sources such as CRM outlook contacts job project files.
- Work towards conducting outbound sales effort track outbound calls in CRM & BC and measure results
- Makes outbound sales and introductory calls to existing customers by telephone and e-mail to quality engage propose and close the sale
- Travel to customer sites to meet with prospective customers
- Engage in conversations with organizational members of companies identifying their current pain points and gaining an understanding of how to assist
- Perform estimates and drawings at customer sites
Qualifications:
- Willingness to travel a large amount of the time between Ohio Indiana and Michigan
- Some understanding of the foundry industry is required
- Previous sales experience required
- Experience with estimating and drawings at customer sites is highly desired
