YOUR MISSION
Join our IT ServiceDesk team in vibrant Barcelona! Were looking for dedicated tech enthusiasts to provide exceptional support for our essential business services. As a vital part of our IT organization youll tackle challenges enhance your technical skills and help keep our operations running smoothly making a real difference behind the scenes!
THE JOURNEY
Provide timely & effective support for all IT Services.
Resolve complex Layer 1 and 2 incidents and service requests.
Read/modify scripts to automate tasks.
Identify patterns in tickets to spot recurring issues.
Address performance gaps against ServiceDesk KPIs.
Develop and maintain documentation and procedures.
Manage and complete small projects.
Conduct regular training sessions for L1 team skills.
Own specific software or SaaS platforms ensuring they run smoothly.
Promote continuous learning within the team.
Operate IT tools and systems deploying changes as needed.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
A degree in Computer Science or relevant experience.
3 years of relevant full-time experience in IT ServiceDesk.
Experience supporting Google Workspace Zoom and Slack services.
Experience with Service Desk solutions (Jira or similar).
Experience with corporate processes/workflows and cross-teams collaboration.
Experience with identity/access management (IAM) platforms (OneLogin or similar).
Good problem-solving and analytical skills with a technical mindset.
Great communication skills and solution-oriented approach.
