This role requires strong communication and technical skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Must have the ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities. Youll collaborate with customers contractors and internal teams to deliver safe timely and customer-focused solutions. Must complete the CPC Training Program within the allowable time schedule. A solid understanding of utility standards and relevant portions of the National Electric Safety Code (NESC) needed. This position establishes and maintains good community relations maintains relationships with contacts in the utility industry and internal stakeholders. Experience in electric utility design project coordination and familiarity with overhead and underground distribution systems preferred. Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple priorities comfortable working in dynamic fast-paced environments.
Hybrid work options are available for this role. The successful candidate will be required to work at our Spokane Washington headquarters at least 3 days per week including Mondays and Tuesdays with an additional day determined by the employee and manager.
