DIRECTOR SURGICAL SERVICES -BSN3YRS SS EXP REQ
LOCATION: Kansas City MO
FACILITY: 500 bed acute care hospital
SALARY: $114.8K - $173.3K 17 % BONUS RELO
DESCRIPTION:
500 bed Level 1 Trauma Center 18 ORs

DESCRIPTION:
500 bed Level 1 Trauma Center 18 ORs
- Services lines Cardiac neurosurgery general vascular ortho trauma kidney & pancreas transplants trauma burn.
- Volumes are currently around 400-600 a month.
- This Director reports directly into COO
- 3 managers into Director (SPD manager OR manager Pre Op/PACU manager). CNCs under managers
- 90-100 FTEs
- BSN Required Masters preferred
- 3 years Surgical Services Leadership experience required
