Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Clean building floors by sweeping mopping scrubbing or vacuuming.
- Gather and empty wastebaskets take trash to dumpsters;
- Service clean and supply restrooms;
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures;
- Clean windows mirrors and blinds;
- Keep stock of cleaning and office supplies;
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities;
- Notify management of deficiencies or needs for repairs.
Minimum Requirements:
- U.S. citizenship;
- Secret Security Clearance or higher level;
- High School Diploma;
- Ability to reach lift and/or move up to 50 pounds;
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to work on-site;
- Good communication skills.
