Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for helping small businesses thrive We are looking for a Senior Small Business Banking Relationship Manager who is driven to build strong relationships grow a book of business and deliver real results.
In this high-impact role youll manage a portfolio of small business clients and take the lead in uncovering new opportunities through proactive prospecting community engagement and strategic partnerships. Youll be the go-to advisor for your clientsearning their trust and delivering solutions that make a difference.
What Youll Do:
Proactively source and close new business opportunities through internal referrals Centers of Influence and market outreach.
Manage and grow an existing portfolio of business clients by delivering tailored banking solutions.
Cross-sell a full suite of financial products including lending treasury management wealth and deposit services.
Collaborate with internal partners across the bank to drive holistic client growth.
Serve as a mentor to junior bankers and a leader in the market and community.
Job Requirements:
Education
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field. Required
Experience
5 years of experience within the banking or financial services industry including 3 years of experience in business development business to business sales and/or relationship management. Required
