We are looking for aClient Relations Associate in Denver CO to support our Commercial Banking team.
Essential Functions:
This role contributes to the overall culture and strategy of the business line through aiding a team of Relationship Managers in providing a variety of depository-related services to new and existing clients.
Facilitates the onboarding and opening of new deposit account relationships to the bank
SME on all commercial deposit-related matters including 1031 escrow DACA public funds etc.
Able to make recommendations and contribute to decisions regarding product pricing and profitability.
Effectively handles frequent contact with internal and external partners and inter-organizational managers on non-routine sensitive and/or high-level matters
Proficiently handles projects that are complex in nature which may require the frequent use of independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices
Collect pertinent business and financial documentation from the commercial client as needed for onboarding and ongoing servicing.
Main point of contact for our commercial clients. Provides ongoing support regarding all aspects of the clients life cycle.
Coordinate with relevant control partners (Legal Compliance etc.) to ensure all work conforms with published policy and procedure.
Collaborate closely with other lines of business i.e. Treasury Management Specialized Operations finding suitable solutions to meet the needs of our commercial clients.
Actively works to clear pertinent exceptions in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Requires High School diploma or equivalent and some years of in banking loans loan portfolios deposits account servicing or other directly related experience or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.
Advances knowledge of commercial bank deposit operations processes principles and regulations
Strong critical thinking skills; able to identify and leverage resources for the purposes of providing resolution to complex requests.
Able to multi-task while supporting various priorities; ability to re-prioritize frequently to meet changing deadlines
Good interpersonal customer service and communications skills both verbal and written.
Ability to respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Ability to process audit and review client information.
Strong problem resolution skills.
Ability to create and pull reports.
Working knowledge of PCs and the Microsoft Office Suite
Salary Range (based on job experience): $31.25 - $35.00 an hour
