Job Description
Aspartofthisroleyouwill beengaged toundertakethefollowingtasks:
- Delivering workinaccordancewithprojectdeadlinesinamannerthatmeetsclient expectations.
- Work collaboratively with other associates and consultants to determine initial data needs examineobtainedclientinformationandperformanyfollowupworkrequiredtopopulatecomplete information sets
- DevelopastrongunderstandingoftheInsuranceindustryandbecomefamiliarwiththedata information and various steps needed for reserving pricing and capital management activities
- PreparethefirstdraftofreportsforreviewbySeniorAnalysts/Consultants.
- Developastrongunderstanding of our proprietarysoftwaresolutions
- Increaseefficiency withinprojectteamsbyidentifyingwaystoimproveprocesses
- Seekandparticipate in key learninganddevelopmentopportunities
- Workingcollaborativelyonarangeofprojects/internalresponsibilitiesandmanagingpriorities appropriately.
- Ensuringappropriate and effectivecommunicationamongteammembersandtheclient.
- Buildstrongrelationships internallyandcollaborateeffectivelyoncross-geographicalteams.
- Demonstrate naturaleaseandeffectivenesswhendealingwithclients/colleaguesatalllevels.
- Contribute to salesandmarketingeffortsbydraftingproposalsandpreparingpresentations.

Qualifications
- Currentlyinfinalyearofgraduationandpursuingabachelors in commerceEconomics Mathematics Statistics Business or an Analytical subject.
- examinations along with ones career at WTW.
- Stronganalytical and integrativeskills.
- Strongwrittenandoralcommunication skills.
- ExcellentMicrosoftOfficeskillsparticularly in Excel.
- Wellorganizedanddetailoriented.
- Abilitytorespondtoallcommunications effectivelyandinatimelymanner.
- Flexibilityandprovenabilitytodiagnoseandresolveissuesstrongclientserviceorientation.
- Interestandabilitytothinkbeyondthetaskathandandunderstandhowonesworkfitsintothe broader landscape.
- Self-motivated to learnanddevelopnewskillsideasandsolutionsforclients.
- Proactiveenergeticandcandemonstratebeingasafepairofhands.
