Job Description
Goobne Chicken is Koreas #1 oven-roasted chicken brand with over 1100 locations in 11 countries. Known for our crispy and flavorful chicken made without oil were now bringing our bold Korean flavors to Westminster CA! Join us as we open our 4th U.S. location inside H Mart.
Location:
16450 Beach Blvd Westminster CA 92683 (Inside H Mart)
Positions Available:
- Kitchen Staff
- Part-Time & Full-Time positions available
Pay:
$16.50 per hour Tips
Tips are shared: Front Staff receives 90% Kitchen 10%
Hours of Operation:
Open daily: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM
Shift Options:
- Morning Shift:
- Front: 10:30 AM 3:30 PM
- Kitchen: 10:00 AM 3:30 PM
- Evening Shift:
- Front: 3:30 PM 8:30 PM
- Kitchen: 3:30 PM 09:00 PM
- Must be available evenings & weekends
Key Responsibilities
Kitchen Staff:
- Prepare and cook all menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Operate kitchen equipment (oven rice cooker etc.) safely and efficiently
- Prep ingredients and maintain inventory of kitchen supplies
- Monitor food quality and portioning
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area (including dishes utensils floors and surfaces)
- Ensure proper food safety and hygiene procedures
- Assist with packaging orders when needed
- Work closely with team members to maintain smooth operations during busy hours

Training & Opening Schedule:
- July 28 Equipment & inventory setup
- July 29 Kitchen Staff training begins
- August 4 Front Staff training begins
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
- Previous experience is a plus but not required
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Punctual and responsible
