This Associate Manager-level role will be a part of our Employee and Executive Communications team working with our delivery leaders. This is a people manager position.
We are looking for a sharp innovative results-oriented professional with exceptional attention to detail.
This job will contain three primary components. 1) Leading site communications for our employee population in Poland 2) leading communications for the global delivery population that is part of our Global Infrastructure Services (GIS) business and 3) leading our informal global network of people focused on communications at each center around the world.
Traits needed for success in this job are the ability to exercise influence without authority self-direction and assertiveness.
