Job Title: Barista

Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $10$13/hour plus tips based on experience
About Us:
Night Sky Coffee Roasters is a locally owned coffee shop rooted in community and quality. Were passionate about excellent coffee and exceptional guest experiences. Were looking for a skilled and dedicated Barista to join our teamsomeone who cares about the craft and takes pride in doing things well.
What Youll Do:
- Serve guests with warmth professionalism and attention to detail.
- Prepare espresso drinks brewed coffee and other menu items to our quality standards.
- Maintain a clean organized and welcoming caf environment.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines and coffee equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth efficient shifts.
- Accurately manage POS transactions when needed.
- Help train new hires and support team development when appropriate.
- Ensure all shift responsibilities are completed thoroughly before leaving.
What Were Looking For:
- Previous barista experience is preferred (but not required for the right candidate).
- Strong customer service skills and a natural sense of hospitality.
- Reliable punctual and able to manage tasks independently or as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus and care.
- Willingness to learn train others and take initiative in day-to-day operations.
- Availability for varied shifts including mornings weekends and holidays.
