The ManagerProspect Research & Development Operations will play a crucial role in diversifying GEAPPs support base by significantly increasing funds received from institutional corporate and potentially individual donors annually. This role will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with prospective funders developing compelling proposals and ensuring excellent stewardship. This is a unique opportunity to make an enduring impact within the international climate and energy field.

Compensation & Location
This is a full-time exempt position with an annualized starting salary of $110000-$125000 commensurate with experience. GEAPP provides a comprehensive benefits package including a robust paid time off plan of 28 days annual leave in addition to org-wide end-of-year-office closure 401(k) retirement plan with 10% employer contribution $1000 annually for work-from-home expenses and $100 monthly for use for transit.
This position could be based in our NYC or DC office. GEAPP prides itself on being a flexible employer and employees typically operate on a hybrid schedule that typically includes 2 days in office per week.
