Summary of the role:
We are looking for an experienced Visual Merchandiser (VM) for South Region to join our dynamic Brand Environment this role you will lead the execution of all VM initiatives across the Southern region ensuring consistency with brand standards and guidelines. This includes managing store environments seasonal campaigns and new store openings while fostering a culture of excellence and creativity within your team. The role will report to Sr. Manager Brand Environment (SAMEA)
About the role:
Lead the execution of all VM projects campaign changeovers and seasonal installations in line with brand guidelines and the VM calendar.
Maintain high standards of brand environment across all doors in the region.
Drive consistent and creative execution of window and in-store displays.
Oversee VM deliverables for new store openings end-to-end.
Ensure VM processes are followed and look for opportunities to improve efficiency and execution.
Manage a team of VM custodians and the Main Street Format (MSF) VM team.
Partner with franchisees and external teams to drive consistent brand delivery.
Ensure effective team coaching and upskilling in VM practices.
Travel up to 50% of the time to stores outside Bengaluru to support execution and alignment.

About you:
Minimum 810 years of experience in Apparel & Lifestyle Retail Visual Merchandising.
At least 34 years in a city or area lead VM role.
Proven experience leading a team of 34 direct reports and managing indirect franchise VM teams.
Strong execution mindset with hands-on retail VM experience.
Excellent communication stakeholder collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Strong training capabilities and experience with developing talent.
Multi-tasker with a solution-oriented proactive approach.
Comfortable with frequent travel and flexible to relocate based on business needs.
