Global Head of Business Operations
Location: Remote first ideally based in one of our regions: UK/ Europe UAE or Vietnam
Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent
Salary: Dependent on location and experience

We work with a wide variety of high-profile clients in the fields of Architecture Construction and Real Estate offering exciting ways to engage with audiences using real-time environments across the entire range of xR platforms.
Were looking for a Global Head of Business Operations to join our senior leadership team and take ownership of our core operational pillars: Finance People & HR Legal & Compliance Infrastructure & IT. You will design and lead operational strategies that enable sustainable growth global compliance and cultural alignment across our distributed workforce. This is a key strategic role in our leadership team balancing hands-on execution with long-term vision and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment whilst bringing structure scalability and insight to an already thriving business.
Were looking for:
- Extensive experience in operations including leadership across 2 or more of: Finance HR Legal Compliance IT.
- Proven success scaling operations in a creative agency SaaS or startup/scale-up environment.
- Experience managing or advising globally distributed teams (ideally UK UAE and Vietnam included)
- Deep understanding of global employment models (EoR freelance direct hire) and compliance needs.
- Strong cross-cultural communication and leadership skills.
- Comfortable moving between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
