Woodhouse Spa - Midland is seeking a skilled Esthetician to join our team. As an Esthetician you will be
responsible for providing professional skin care treatments to our clients helping them achieve
their skincare goals and enhancing their overall well-being.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be
assigned.

Is a steward of the Woodhouse brand
Performs exemplary services based on Woodhouse protocols
Provide excellent guest services and ensure customer satisfaction.
Experience with hospitality and providing exceptional customer service
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Maintain a clean and organized work area according to current State Board regulations.
Educates guests on service and retail offerings

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Knowledge of different esthetic treatments and techniques (holistic and clinical a plus!)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and relationship building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and
friendly demeanor.
Must comply with all company policies and procedures
Regular and consistent attendance is required to perform the essential
functions of this position
Ability to work well with other Team Members Managers and interact with our
guests

REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a valid Texas Cosmotology or Esthetician License
Luxury Spa experience preferred
Three years Licensed Esthetician preferred
Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays
