A highly motivated and results-oriented Facility Manager (Soft Services) is sought to oversee daily operations. They will ensure smooth and efficient delivery of all soft services within facilities. This role requires a strong focus on people management communication and problem-solving to create a safe clean and productive environment for all occupants and visitors.Job Description
About the Role:
- Overseeing daily operations of housekeeping security retail outlets stores maintenance and other support services.
- Coordinating with and managing external service providers for cleaning catering and other soft services.
- Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure high standards of cleanliness safety and service delivery.
- Managing budgets for soft services ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource utilization.
- Overseeing and negotiating contracts with service providers.
- Supervising and managing the performance of in-house teams providing soft services.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Identifying and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of soft services.
- Working with other departments (e.g. engineering procurement) to resolve facility-related issues.
- Preparing reports on service performance budgets and other relevant metrics.
About You:
Graduate
Minimum Experience 7 Years
Experience within the Facility industry
Strong written and oral communication skills
High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
