Your Mission
Youll work directly with our Head of People and Founders to attract recruit and onboard top-tier talent. This is a hands-on internship where youll gain real experience in a lightning-fast operating environmentright in the heart of Berlin. Youll own initiatives and help strengthen our most valuable asset: our people.
Your Focus
Support and/or own parts of the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing outreach coordination and interviewing.
Lead the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
Contribute to People & Talent projects that enhance our culture performance and operations.
Your profile
First Experience: Youve completed at least one internship in a fast-paced environment (startup consulting banking VC).
Sharp Communicator: You get to the point. You write and speak clearly and adapt fast to your audience.
People-Smart: You build trust quickly listen well and understand what makes people tick.
You Care Deeply: You hold yourself to a high standard and take pride in delivering great work - especially when it counts.
You Move Fast: You work with focus and urgency. You cut through noise follow through fast and dont wait to be told.
Organized and On It: You run your projects well keep things moving and dont drop the ball.
Curious and Quick to Learn: You ask sharp questions get the context fast and ramp up quickly.
Versatile: Youre hands-on adaptable and happy to jump into whatever needs doing.
AI-Native: Youre fluent in prompting and already use AI tools to move faster and think better.
Languages: Fluent in English and German.
Berlin-Based: Youre already in Berlin or ready to relocate. This is a fully on-site role-no remote or hybrid options.
You are available for 3 to 6 months.
