Job Description
OPS Research Assistant
- Bachelors degree and at least one year of relevant experience
The College of Nursing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented OPS Research Assistant to support ongoing research projects. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in research and healthcare who are looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic academic environment. The Research Assistant will work closely with faculty and research teams to support study coordination data collection and administrative tasks.
This is not a Graduate Research Assistant position. Students currently enrolled in graduate-level programs at any UF college are not eligible for this role.
$15-$21 per hour commensurate with education and experience
- Bachelors degree and at least one year of relevant experience
- Prior experience in research and/or healthcare including IRB coordination
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with RedCap Qualtrics Zoom and simulated EHR systems
- Ability to operate common equipment such as PCs laptops tablets copiers/scanners eye trackers and audio-recorders
- Professional demeanor and ability to interact with healthcare providers and other stakeholders
- High personal motivation strong self-management skills and attention to detail
