MarketSource an Allegis Group company delivers integrated sales solutions by hiring training and managing industry-specific professionals that are empowered to create extraordinary customer experiences for many of the worlds most iconic brands. We design and execute sales and training solutions for small and large companies in the B2B and retail space. MarketSource is headquartered in Alpharetta GA.
Summary
The Area Manager will be focused on building and maintaining a highly motivated and results driven team representing our client to facilitate the completion of specific needs of the assigned program. This position will manage and provide daily oversight of employees and will report to the Program Manager.
Essential Job Functions:
Develop implement and maintain a regional team
Develop and maintain strong relationships with program regional and market area teams
Consistently seek to deliver continuous improvement to deliver exemplary results related to KPIs and metrics
Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with the programs teams
Closely monitor program objectives and provide critical performance feedback
Develop and maintain strong relationships with program businesses in assigned markets
Drive performance of team to satisfy and exceed program goals and objectives
Develop and implement processes and measures to drive performance
Ensure all activities are being completed and recorded correctly daily
Work closely with client to provide weekly market feedback and performance summary
Provide analysis for ad-hoc executive management reporting
Manage and direct staff including recruitment selection and development to achieve company goals and objectives
Ensure effective control of targeted results and take corrective actions to guarantee that achievement of objectives fall within designated guidelines
Establish and maintain business relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners within the clients organization

Quick and strong decision-making skills in fast-paced environment
Proficient is Microsoft Suite; Word Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to create and deliver presentations to small and large groups of people
Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
1 years experience in management or leadership role
2 years experience in industry-related field
