Job Description

The Lead Strategy & Change Management will support the execution of JM&A Groups strategic planning and organizational change initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Strategy & Change Management this role will focus on day-to-day project coordination communication tracking and implementation activities that enable strategic priorities and successful adoption of enterprise initiatives. This Lead will play a key role in ensuring operational readiness maintaining reporting tools and helping foster a culture of adaptability across the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning Support

  • Assist in the coordination and documentation of JM&A Groups strategic planning processes.
  • Conduct market research compile competitor insights and help prepare strategic presentations and updates.
  • Translate strategic plans into actionable templates trackers and roadmaps.
  • Support alignment efforts by coordinating meetings capturing key decisions and following up on action items.

2. Change Management Coordination

  • Support the execution of JM&As change management framework across major initiatives and BAU workstreams.
  • Help develop change management materials including communications presentations and training support documents.
  • Track organizational readiness activities and assist in risk identification and mitigation planning.
  • Maintain the Change Ambassador database and assist with meeting coordination training materials/curriculum and engagement activities

3. Coordination and Stakeholder Support

  • Draft and distribute communications tailored to various stakeholder groups.
  • Assist with the development of leadership communications newsletters FAQs and support materials to drive engagement.
  • Coordinate feedback loops by organizing surveys focus groups and informal check-ins.
  • Assist in the planning and creation of materials for the quarterly Strategy Review sessions including OKR and OCM-related materials.

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain dashboards trackers and reporting tools that monitor initiative progress and change management effectiveness.
  • Compile KPIs initiative updates and performance data for leadership reports and scorecards.
  • Help ensure initiative timelines resource allocations and risks are accurately documented and updated regularly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree required
  • 3 years of strategy experience in a top-tier consulting firm corporate strategy role or financial services (Investment Banking/Private Equity)
  • Strategic thinker with strong business judgment and analytical skills
  • Strong financial acumen; M&A experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Collaborative adaptable and proactive; comfortable working across cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage up and work independently
  • High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint Excel and Word; project management experience a plus
  • Excellent technical skills; able to process and analyze large data sets accurately
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci ADKAR) preferred not required
