In these roles youll serve as a trusted HR advisor and strategic consultant to executive and operational leaders aligning people strategies with our mission of excellence in care research and innovation. What Youll Do
Serve as a strategic partner to hospital and system leaders translating business strategy into actionable human capital plans.
Lead people initiatives that drive culture engagement performance and organizational effectiveness.
Anticipate and address workforce needs through data-informed HR solutions and proactive planning.
Collaborate across HR functions including Talent Acquisition Organizational Development and Total Rewards to drive recruitment retention and development efforts.
Support key strategic initiatives such as clinical expansion digital transformation and academic partnerships through strong change management leadership.
Use workforce analytics to provide insights on turnover engagement and workforce trends that shape business decisions.
Partner with Employee Relations to manage workplace concerns in a fair compliant and forward-thinking manner.
What Were Looking For -
Bachelors degree in human resources Business Healthcare Administration or a related field (required)
Masters degree (preferred)
8 years of progressive HR leadership experience with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role supporting complex healthcare academic medical center or hospital environments (required)
Senior-level HR certification: SPHR or SHRM-SCP (preferred)
Strong ability to build relationships influence decisions and lead through change
Experience using HR analytics and workforce metrics to drive insight and improvement
