North Reading Subaru is seeking a motivated customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our busy and professional parts department. If you have a passion for automotive parts enjoy helping customers and want to grow your career with a trusted and family owned Subaru dealership we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist retail and wholesale customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts and accessories
- Work closely with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate parts delivery
- Maintain accurate inventory records and parts organization
- Process orders returns and warranty parts with attention to detail
- Provide exceptional customer service at thecounteron the phone and via email
What were Looking for:
- Prior automotive parts experience (Subaru experience is a plus but not required)
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and terminology
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy
- Familiarity with parks software (CDK Reynolds & Reynolds or similar) preferred
- Valid Drivers License
