We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Level A Service Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for performing advanced diagnostics complex repairs and routine maintenance on customer vehicles/equipment. The ideal candidate has expert-level technical knowledge takes pride in high-quality workmanship and can mentor junior technicians when needed.
Perform accurate diagnostics and advanced repairs on a wide range of mechanical electrical and technical systems
Conduct quality inspections to ensure completed repairs meet manufacturer and safety standards
Perform preventive maintenance and service procedures
Use diagnostic tools and factory service information systems efficiently
Document all work performed clearly and thoroughly
Stay current with new technology tools and repair procedures through training and certification programs
Collaborate with service advisors and parts department to ensure timely and efficient repairs
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to B- and C-level technicians
Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to all safety protocols
High School diploma or equivalent (ASE certifications or technical training preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in service/repair environment
Master ASE Certification or manufacturer certification (preferred but not required)
Strong diagnostic skills and ability to solve complex technical issues
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various physical positions (standing kneeling etc.)
Excellent communication time management and organizational skills
