Job Description
We are searching for aVehicle Acquisition Specialist. In this role you will be the link between our service customers and their future vehicle. The perfect candidate has call center experience with a solid customer service and communications background. Earn between $6000-$10000per month with a set schedule Monday - Friday 7:30 - 4:30!
A VehicleAcquisitionSpecialist engages with loyal service customers to appraise the value of their current Toyota and to discover if the customer is in the market to upgrade to a new Toyota. This job requires excellentcommunication andorganizationalskills the ability to set appointments and to collaborate across departments with our service team internet department and used car manager.

Responsibilities
- General understanding of automotive-specific software and data management resources such as Tekion Apollo Drive Centric and DealerDaily
- Generate appointments by means of next-day service customers for vehicle appraisals.
- Connect customers with appropriate sales team member
- Direct customers to product information resources including those available online
- Proactively build out prospect network
- Log all activity in a CRM
- Meet and exceed goals each month and quarter

Qualifications
- Must have clean driving record
