Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Salary: $23.00/hour
The Operations Engineer Chief directs the work of the custodial employees in the building and assures the performance of cleaning assignments building maintenance and safety requirements.
Required:
1. Three years of custodial experience. 2. Two years of leadership experience

Skills Knowledge and Abilities:
BASIC FUNCTION:
Serve as lead custodial staff in assigned facilities. Responsibilities may include coordinating staff schedule; Maintaining inventories and supplies; Conducting basic building safety inspections; Providing maintenance and repair to equipment and building facilities; and performing custodial duties. The essential functions as shown below represent only the key areas of responsibility; Specific positions requirements will vary depending on the need operations department.

DAYS:260 Day Calendar HOURS: 8 Hour Day
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Constant standing and walking. Frequent bending stooping reaching pushing pulling. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs and carrying up to 10 use of telephone and computer.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Frequent inside outside and exposure to extremes of temperature/humidity
