Job Description
Full-Time
Pay: $70000.00 - $100000.00
Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to collect document and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Assess current systems and workflows to identify gaps or inefficiencies.
- Design solutions that align with business goals and technological capabilities.
- Work closely with developers IT architects and project managers to ensure proper implementation of systems.
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
- Develop test cases and ensure new systems meet business needs.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate that system updates address business problems.
- Create system documentation including user manuals technical specifications and workflows.
- Train users and provide ongoing support for implemented systems.
- Participate in or lead projects ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Monitor the progress of systems implementation and report on project status.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA Tableau SQL SAP MS Office apps
- Certifications like CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) are often preferred.
- Bilingual Korean & English preferred
- Aptitude for troubleshooting and developing innovative solutions to meet business needs.
- Ability to evaluate business processes and develop technology-driven solutions.
- 3 years of relevant experience
