We are seeking acommitted individual to join us as Social Worker MentalHealth in the CLS1 Integrated Team.

This role is anexciting opportunity to contribute tothe Community Led Support (CLS) 1 Integrated Team within the Adults and Health Directorate of the Council. You will be required to provide support for adultsand multi-disciplinary team of Care and Health Professionals.

Werelooking for someone who has at least two years post qualification experience and at least two years experience of working directly with adults and families in a statutory setting
Essential qualifications:Holds a Social Work Qualification and be registered with Social Work England (SWE).
DBS Check:Enhanced Level with adults and childrens barred list
