Job Description
--Position: Quality Manager
--Location: Mount Prospect IL
--Company: Manufacturing Company
--Responsibilities: The Quality Manager is responsible for managing a team of technicians ensuring that all quality related standards and processes are being fulfilled. This person will do some hands on work as well as leading the team. You will also interact with customers regarding issues or for establishing expectations regarding new products or client relationships. This person is responsible for hiring training and disciplinary actions as well as maintaining schedules. This is a permanent direct hire opportunity offering work life balance and strong benefits!
--Requirements:
--3 years Quality Supervisory experience
--Experience in Metal Manufacturing preferred
--Strong computer skills required (Excel Microsoft Office)
--Experience working with measurement devices required
--Experience with ISO standards and regulations required
