Job Description
The Paragould School District is seeking a qualified and dedicated individual to serve as Director of Personnel overseeing all aspects of human resources and supporting a positive effective work environment across the district. Contract length is242 days per year 8 hours per day. Position begins as soon as possible. Salary is based on the Director of Personnelsalary schedule posted on district confidentiality communication (both oral and written) and computer skills are essential. Prior experience in human resources is preferred.
Requirements: Background check and child maltreatment check required by law. Citizenship residency or work VISA in United States.
