Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen as Logistics Intern. In this role you will be a part of the Logistics Team. You will be responsible for enure on-time accurate and efficient reporting.
Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Preparation:
- Assist in collecting data from various sources including internal databases ERP systems.
- Clean and organize data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Data Analysis:
- Perform basic statistical analyses and generate reports.
- Identify trends patterns and anomalies in logistics data.
- Use data visualization tools to create charts graphs and dashboards.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management.
- Document data analysis processes and methodologies.
Support Logistics Operations:
- Collaborate with the logistics team to understand operational challenges.
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Project Assistance:
- Participate in ongoing logistics projects.
- Conduct research and benchmarking to support project goals.
Qualifications and experience
- Availability of minimum 20 hours per week.
- Students in Finance and Accounting or Logistics preferable.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Accurate and detail oriented.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and to communicate globally.
- Fluent English (min B2).
