About the RoleTRANZACT is looking for a Director of Paid Social to join its Marketing Team. As Director of Paid Social youll own the strategy execution and performance of our Paid Social campaigns across Meta (Facebook Instagram) and beyond. Youll lead a growing team scale acquisition campaigns and collaborate across marketing business and creative teams to drive measurable business outcomes. If youre performance-driven relentlessly curious and innovative and ready to lead alongside some of the brightest minds in the industrythis is your next move. TRANZACT is a leading performance marketing agency in the Medicare and insurance space and were looking for a hands-on strategic leader to take our Paid Social program to the next level.
The specific responsibilities include- Lead campaign strategy setup and optimization with a focus on driving ROI and scale.
- Analyze performance data to inform decisions optimize creative and targeting and identify opportunities for growth.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing team of Paid Social marketers.
- Partner and communicate cross-functionally to deliver seamless integrated acquisition strategies.
- Stay on the pulse of platform changes competitive trends and emerging tactics.
- Manage multi-million-dollar budgets efficiently with an eye on performance and profitability
Qualifications
What you need to be successful
- 5 years in Paid Social advertising (Meta required; LinkedIn TikTok Programmatic or others a plus)
- Proven ability to scale direct-to-consumer acquisition campaigns
- Strong analytics skillsExcel Tableau PowerBI
- Leadership experience with a player-coach mindset
- Deep understanding of targeting testing creative best practices and budget pacing
- Passion for performance marketing and continuous improvement
