SALON ASSISTANT

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Salon Assistant to join our team and contribute to our salons Description: As a Salon Assistant at LANHC you will play a key role in supporting our stylists and ensuring our clients have a positive experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting stylists with preparations and set-up for client appointments.
Shampooing conditioning and detangling clients hair.
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment including sanitizing tools and stations.
Greeting clients and assisting with check-ins and check-outs.
Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies.
Providing excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries.
Supporting stylists during services as required.
Upholding our salons standards and values.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a salon environment is preferred.
Strong interest in natural hair care and styling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly professional demeanor and a team player.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending and lifting.
Willingness to learn and grow within the salon.
