Job Description

Job Title: Finance Administrator

Location: Leeds LS28 5QS

Salary: 12.60 per hour

Job Type: 20 25 hours per week

Fixed Term Contract

You will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced finance department where you will play a key role in supporting the credit control function of our team together with general financial administration.



The Role:



  • This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining administrative accuracy with interpersonal communication and who thrives in a role where organisation and relationship management go hand in hand.
  • Support the day-to-day credit control function.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communications and payment history.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and account managers to ensure timely resolution of payment issues.
  • Contacting customers regularly to ensure payment within terms.

The Candidate:



  • Excellent communication skills confident in liaising with customers via phone and email.
  • Experience within a busy finance team.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good work ethic and a positive team player.
