Tech Lead - Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365 CRM

Position Description:

As part of our projects for clients we are looking for passionate and creative Tech Leads to strengthen our well-established Microsoft practice in Quebec offering numerous large-scale opportunities.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

As a Tech Lead for Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365 CRM at CGI you will have the opportunity to:

- Lead and Innovate: Design tailored solutions using Power Platform and Dynamics CRM/365 while integrating related technologies such as C# .NET Azure and Angular.
- Mentor and Collaborate: Facilitate and coordinate teams within agile projects foster engagement in the DevOps process and work closely with experts to deliver exceptional solutions.
- Evolve and Inspire: Contribute to data migration improve existing processes and develop advanced features while sharing your knowledge and expertise with the team and internal community.
- Promote Professional Development: Actively participate in the growth of our Low Code practice supporting the skill development of team members.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- Passionate about Technology: Motivated by technical challenges and innovation with significant experience in the field.
- Proactive: Comfortable working in an agile team environment with the ability to solve complex problems and take initiative on challenging projects.
- Communicators: Proficient in French or English with strong oral communication skills.
- Education: Degree in computer science or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with Dynamics CRM/D365 or Power Platform.
- Expertise in traditional development: C# PCF component development custom connectors and plugins.
- Authorization: Must be authorized to work for any employer in Canada.

Assets:

- Microsoft Certifications: PL-900 PL-100 PL-200 PL-400 PL-600 MB-210 MB-220 MB-230 MB-240 MB-260 or equivalent.
- Bilingualism is a plus.
