Job Duties:
This position centers on delivering in-person and project-based IT support to clients in your local area. Youll regularly visit client sites to diagnose and fix issues involving computers networks servers internet connectivity and related systems.
When not scheduled for on-site visits youll provide remote support services and manage client projects. Strong communication skills and a professional friendly approach with clients are key to thriving in this role.
Youll be expected to log all support actionsboth remote and on-sitein our ticketing system and ensure client information stays current.
Youll also support our deployment team with setting up servers networks workstations and other technical projects that require additional help.
Requirements:
Outstanding Customer Service Skills While we are a technology-focused business building strong client relationships is our top priority
Experience: At least 3 years in an IT support role with MSP experience strongly preferred
Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuring firewalls switches wireless systems and VLANs

Basic Knowledge: Familiarity with Windows Servers Active Directory Group Policy and Microsoft 365 administration

Desktop Support Expertise: Skilled in desktop hardware repair drive replacement disk imaging operating system installations malware removal and troubleshooting email systems

After youre fully self-sufficient and experienced with our processes tools sets and clients youll have the flexibility to work from home on some days but there will be scheduled days where youre required to work from our office.
