SBMA a third-party administrator is an affordable ACA-compliant benefits provider to thousands of employers. Their goal is to simplify the complexity of providing employee benefits. SBMA is currently seeking a temporary Renewals Admin I to join our growing team.

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Prepare renewal workbooks for renewals team including pulling data from SQL/Salesforce
  • Update Wrike with correct renewal information including mapping and final plans
  • Process Amendments
  • Order Benefit Guides
  • Group/broker contact updates
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned
  • Manage the renewals inbox and requests directed toward the renewals team and escalate as necessary.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma
  • One year of administrative experience
  • Experience using Word and Excel (1 year)

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field
  • Insurance-related experience (preferred)

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time temporary

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week. This temporary position is expected to extend until the end of October and may continue until the end of the year.

Pay Details:

Hourly: $25 - $25
