Job Summary
The Marketing Operations Coordinator will manage marketing platforms document and optimize workflows and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented analytical and passionate about marketing technology and continuous improvement.
Principal Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for a variety of martech platforms providing user support configuring workflows and driving platform optimization
- Create maintain and enhance documentation for marketing processes workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor and report on marketing email campaign performance. Develop and distribute dashboards and reports to stakeholders.
- Analyze marketing data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance and strategic planning.
- Assist in tracking and reconciling the marketing budget supporting financial reporting and forecasting activities.
- Lead initiatives to streamline marketing operations eliminate inefficiencies and improve cross-functional collaboration.
- Support project management activities ensuring timely and accurate delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation scalability and process enhancement.
- Work closely with teams across Marketing Sales Finance and IT to ensure alignment and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Data Analytics or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing operations or analytics preferably in a B2B or manufacturing environment.
- Experience in budget management or financial reconciliation within a marketing context.
- Proficiency with project management and marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Excel Power BI Asana).
- Experience with CRM or Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Marketo).
- Familiarity with lean process improvement or project management methodologies.
- Strong communication skills both verbal & written
